Speed Enforcement

Dear resident

On Sunday 09/08 The speed camera was out on Blackbrook Avenue an Withers Avenue.

A total of 6 vehicles were caught speeding on Blackbrook Avenue, the highest recorded speed being 45 in a 30 zone.

One vehicle was caught speeding on Withers Avenue, doing 30 in a 20 zone.

Our evidence will now be passed to the Central Ticket Office to be processed.

We are aware that there are specific times mentioned for certain roads when speeding is at its worst. Speed enforcement is carried out on random days and random times but I will be returning to both of these roads at the recommended times also.
